Create Your School
Before creating timetables, you need to set up your school profile.
- Go to Resources → Add School in the navigation bar.
- Enter your school name and save.
- Your school name will now appear on the dashboard and other pages.
You can also edit or delete your school from the School List page.
2
Add Teachers & Subjects
Adding Teachers
- Go to Resources → Create Teacher.
- Enter the teacher's name and click Save Teacher.
- If a teacher handles combined classes (multiple sections at once), append a number to their name (e.g., Ramesh 1, Ramesh 2).
Adding Subjects
- Go to Resources → Create Subject.
- Select the subjects your school offers from the checkbox list.
- Click Save to add them. Already added subjects are hidden from the list.
Tip: Add all teachers and subjects before creating timetables. You can always add more later.
3
Create & Manage Timetables
Setting Up a Class Timetable
- Go to Timetables → Timetable Setup.
- Select a Class, Medium, and Section, then click Manage Timetable.
- You'll see a grid with days (columns) and periods (rows). For each cell, select a Teacher and Subject.
- Auto-fill feature: Fill Monday's schedule first, then the rest of the week auto-populates.
- Click Save Timetable when done.
Conflict Detection
The system automatically checks for scheduling conflicts:
- A teacher assigned to two classes at the same time
- A class scheduled for two subjects in the same period
Conflicts are highlighted in red with a warning message.
Existing timetables appear as cards on the setup page. Click Manage Timetable to edit them.
